Authorities from El Salvador recently visited three facilities operated by Bachoco, one of the trusted commercial partners of the Mexican Pork Exporters Association (MPEA), as part of an initiative to strengthen international cooperation and promote confidence in Mexican pork exports.

The delegation toured TIF Plant 148, TIF Plant 66, and TIF Plant 57, where they learned about the production processes, food safety systems, traceability protocols, and quality standards that support Mexico’s reputation as a reliable supplier of pork products in international markets.

These visits provide valuable opportunities to exchange knowledge, strengthen relationships with international authorities, and showcase the commitment of the Mexican pork industry to excellence, transparency, and continuous improvement.

The Mexican Pork Exporters Association recognizes Bachoco’s ongoing efforts to promote collaboration and reinforce the global competitiveness of Mexican pork.
