Jalisco Plant: Capable of slaughter, quartering, portioning, special inspection, further processing, fat extraction of 1,100 hogs a day. Official approvals: Japan, USA, South Korea, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Cuba. Private certifications: MCS (Mexico Calidad Suprema), SQF International.
