The Mexican Pork Exporters Association (MPEA) welcomes the official approval of Mexico’s pork export system accreditation by the Republic of the Philippines, marking a major milestone for the international expansion of Mexican pork.
Mexico’s Ministry of Agriculture officially informed Luis Alberto Monárrez Miranda, President of the Mexican Pork Exporters Association, that the Philippines has recognized the accreditation system of Mexico’s National Service for Agri-Food Health, Safety and Quality (SENASICA), enabling Mexican pork exports to this important market.
This achievement reflects the close collaboration between Mexican pork exporters and the Ministry of Agriculture, while reinforcing international confidence in the quality, food safety, traceability, and reliability of Mexican pork.
The opening of the Philippine market creates new opportunities for Mexican exporters, strengthens Mexico’s presence in the Asia-Pacific region, and represents another important step in expanding the global reach of Mexican pork.
